HELICOILS
We install Helicoils and other threaded insert systems to restore or reinforce threads in aluminum and other soft materials.
Our process ensures proper depth, alignment, and holding strength, meeting aerospace and defense tolerances.
Delva installs aerospace- and defense-grade helical threaded inserts (Helicoils) in accordance with NASM, MS, and MIL-SPEC standards.
We support thread repair and thread reinforcement applications where pull-out strength, vibration resistance, and fatigue performance are critical.
All inserts are verified for depth, pitch compliance, and dimensional accuracy per customer drawings and quality requirements.
NUT PLATES
We install fixed, floating, and self-locking nut plates per NAS and MS specifications for structural and access-panel applications.
Rivet hole preparation, countersinking, edge distance, and alignment are controlled to meet aerospace structural standards.
Nut plate installations are verified for alignment, torque functionality, and secure attachment to ensure reliability in high-vibration defense and aviation environments.


RIVETS
Delva performs installation of solid, blind, and specialty rivets in accordance with aerospace assembly standards.
Rivet selection, hole preparation, grip length verification, and head formation are carefully controlled to maintain structural integrity and load-bearing requirements.
Applications include lightweight structural assemblies, bracket installations, and access components for military, aerospace, and precision medical equipment.
KEYED INSERTS
Keyed locking inserts are installed to provide enhanced thread strength and resistance to rotation under dynamic load conditions.
We support aerospace-grade keyed insert systems used in high-stress structural components where superior pull-out resistance is required.
Installation procedures ensure correct tap class, key engagement depth, and insert flushness per engineering drawings and customer specifications.


DOWEL PINS
Precision dowel pin installation is performed to ensure exact component alignment and repeatable assembly positioning.
Hole tolerances are maintained to tight limits to achieve proper press-fit or slip-fit conditions as specified.
Applications include aerospace structural alignment, defense sub-assemblies, and medical device fixtures requiring micron-level positional accuracy.
SOLDERING
Light soldering operations are performed for precision assemblies requiring electrical continuity or component integration.
Processes are controlled to ensure cleanliness, conductivity, and joint integrity.
